Dumb Spiderhosts.net!!!!

OK this is just venting on my blog today about the company I once used to host my website. DO NOT EVER USE THAT COMPANY. It is the .net one not the .com one, there is two different spiderhosts and they are not connected. I used the spiderhosts.net for 5 plus years and didn't really have that much problems with it. Then out of no where just 2 months after paying my yearly bill I couldn't log in to edit my website or send out a newsletter. I emailed them for help and 2 months went by with no reply. So I sent another email and waited a week then tried to find a phone number for them, there was none listed on the their webiste. Since my website was still up and running I left it alone and started searching for another host for my website. Now it has been 6 months since I switched hosts. I let the other hots site go. Well now I am getting newsletters from my old email address that I used with that host company. An email that I no longer use. I just hope no one else is getting them because they are filled with spam junk. If you get email from info@oliviawilliamsphotography, I apologize. I did not send it. I believe the company I once used for hosting my website is doing this. I have researched this company, once I had problems with them, I wish I did this before hand, but all I saw when I researched them was bad news. Same problems as I had and I have now.
